Contact Data: Email address, phone number, and mailing address (for gift box delivery and communication).
Financial Data: Payment processing details for deposits and escrow accounts (we do not store full credit card numbers).
Spiritual/Health Data: Information related to medical conditions, allergies (for the private chef), and spiritual readiness (via the retreat application).
Media Data: Photos and videos captured by the film crew during the Immersion Retreat (with explicit consent).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data primarily to fulfill our contractual and charitable obligations:

Service Delivery: To schedule tattoo sessions, coordinate logistics (chef, masseuse), and manage the escrow payment process.
Mission & Community: To verify Legacy Membership, process award nominations, and communicate event details (Expo and Gala).
Legal & Compliance: To adhere to local health regulations for tattooing and financial reporting requirements for the Legacy Foundation.
Marketing (with Consent): To promote The Lions Den through the documentary footage and testimonials, provided we have explicit written consent (Media Release Form).

3. Data Security and Sharing

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, especially sensitive spiritual and health information. We do not sell your personal data. We share necessary data only with trusted third parties required for service delivery (e.g., the Escrow agent, payment processors, and the private chef for dietary needs).

4. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, subject to legal and contractual obligations (e.g., maintaining records for tattoo legal requirements).

Terms of Service

Welcome to The Lions Den. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (ToS).

1. Acceptance of Terms

These ToS govern your participation in The Lions Den events, including the Signature Immersion Retreat, the Tattoo Expo, and the Charity Gala, as well as use of the website and community chats.

2. The Signature Immersion Retreat (SIR)

Risk Acknowledgment: Participation in the SIR involves medical and spiritual risks, including pain, healing complications, and the psychological intensity of the covenant. You acknowledge and accept these risks.
Covenant Requirement: The final "Legacy Member" status, Scroll Blessing, and Covenant Dinner participation are conditional upon the successful completion of the full tattoo session (M3 completion). Failure to complete the tattoo session prevents full Legacy status, though alternative arrangements for completion at the Atelier will be offered (see Escrow Terms).
Intellectual Property (IP): All final tattoo designs created by The Lions Den Master Artist remain the property of The Lions Den, granting the client only the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to display the design on their body. The client grants The Lions Den the right to use photos and videos of the finished work for promotional and documentary purposes (governed by the Media Release Form).

3. Financial Transactions (See Escrow & Financial Terms)

All retreat payments are non-refundable and managed via a milestone-based escrow system as defined in the official Escrow Terms document.

4. Conduct

Participants must adhere to the core values of faith, respect, and professionalism, particularly in the sacred space of the retreat and the public-facing Expo. We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these standards or poses a risk to health or safety.
