Tattooing and piercing has been around since time itself dating back to the dawn of man. Today, with the recent changes to Massachusetts law tattooing is now legal in MA. People from all ages and walks of life are tattooed or pierced, it doesn't matter what you are into or how you live. It is a form of expression.
